Caring for kittyA female cat, covered head to toe in duct tape, was found by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals after being dumped in a yard in Philadelphia. Medical staff at the Pennsylvania SPCA were able to successfully remove the tape. The organization is offering a $1,000 reward for information regarding the animal's abuse.
